Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PacaLife, a productivity app for tasks, lists, calendars, voice-assisted organization, reminders, and shared planning. By using PacaLife, you agree to these terms.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use PacaLife only for lawful purposes.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the tasks, lists, notes, events, attachments, and other content you add to PacaLife. You give PacaLife permission to store, process, display, sync, and share your content only as needed to provide the app features you choose to use.

Collaboration

If you invite people to a list, you are responsible for choosing appropriate permission levels. Collaborators may view or edit shared content depending on whether they are invited as owners, editors, or viewers.

Connected Services

PacaLife may connect with third-party services such as Clerk, Google Calendar, OpenAI, Neon, Vercel, and browser push notification providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

Voice and AI Features

Voice and AI features are provided to help organize productivity information. Outputs may be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing created tasks, reminders, calendar items, priorities, and notes before relying on them.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse PacaLife, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, violate others' rights, or use the app for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.

Availability and Changes

PacaLife may change, pause, or discontinue features over time. We try to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

No Professional Advice

PacaLife is a productivity tool. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Disclaimer

PacaLife is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PacaLife will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Termination

You may stop using PacaLife at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if continued access would create risk for PacaLife, other users, or third-party services.
